Welcome to our website

“Returning hate for hate multiplies hate, adding deeper darkness to a night already devoid of stars. Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that.” ― Martin Luther King Jr., Strength to Love

POWER won't rest until every life is safe, especially those of African and Latinx lives who, according to the Department of Justice study, are at higher risk of deadly encounter with Police. We work both sides of the issues, from the Police officer's cultural awareness of those they are serving and protecting, to the community in "The Talk" on how to safely interact with officers should an encounter happen, and understanding a day in the life of a police officer. We also sponsor Community-Police connection events such as PowerBall®, and local Coffee With an Officer events to reduce the incidents of almost-deadly and deadly encounters. POWER also holds our State, County and local governments responsible for it's citizens safety and demand justice wherever necessary.
